• Motorcycle, Petrol etc.
• Insurance
• Air Fare / Train Fare
• Fuel, Maintenance Charges & any RTO Fines
• Personal Expenses such as Lunch, Laundry, telephone calls, bottled water, tips, camera fees etc
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle other than mentioned in the itinerary Mineral
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances etc. (to be borne by clients, which is directly payable on the spot).
• The package does not include entrance ticket for any historical sites, museums etc.
• Adventure and other activities/sports such as ATV Rides, Parasailing, Paramotoring, camel & camel cart rides etc.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in Inclusions.

 

RIDING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Vehicles allowed: Motorcycles of 150cc and above only
• Make sure the bike is in a good condition for the ride
• Safety gears are must both for rider & pillion
• Road Rules (1 file or 2 files) to be decided by the group leader
• It’s not a race so be in the file and don’t try to overtake other riders
• No wrong side riding or stunt on the highway
• No alcohol on rides
• Rider accompanying a pillion must settle the petrol charges on their own

 

BOOKING POLICY :

Due to limits seats per departure, kindly make advance payments to confirm the slots.

• To book a slot, kindly make a payment of Rs. 2000/- per person as a token
• 50% Payment to be made on /before 01^st January 2021
• 100% Payment i.e. balance to be made on/before 14^th January 2021

 

NOTE :

• No Rooms have been blocked yet
• Hotels & rooms are subject to availability and might change at the time of booking

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 100% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 10 days from the check-in date
• 50% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 15 days from the check-in date
• 25% cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date
• Date amendment charges are applicable as per cancellation policy
